“To the IPT staff: This is Aaron and Courtney letting you know that we have our dog, Madison, back in our home. We just wanted to thank you guys again so much with all the help with this crazy move half way around the world!! You really know how to make it easy for your clients. Madison was a champ...it was harder on us than it was on her! We heard some horror stories from other owners there that dealt with other pet transport companies and they missed heartworm and rabies tests, permits, paperwork, etc. Thank you for having your ducks in a row!! We would also like to personally thank James, he told us where we could take our dog to lunch, and who was so understanding and patient with us saying good-bye at the USDA seal...that was a hard moment for us, and James made it a bit easier with his kindness and patience. We knew she was in good hands with him to the airport. She is now finally home and has settled in nicely.
